The 1st training of 2019 for moral & charcter education lecturers was held in Feb.18 - 20 at  Andong Hall, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. The training lasted from 10 a.m. to  4:30 p.m. everyday, with 25 preservice lecturers from Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, Gangwon, Jeonnam and Gyeongbuk region participating. Participating preservice lecturers served at schools before retirement as teachers and principals and all received certifications of completion after the training. Bakyak-Hue's moral and character education lecturers increased to more than 150 with the completion of the February trainging.
