Total participants to the moral and character education program of Bakyak-Hue exceeded 1 million as of 15 October this year. This is a figure accomplished in 13 years since Bakyak-Hue first started a nationwide moral education campaign in 2005. Participants to the program in 2018 amounts to 185,199 and the total number as of 15 December is 1,026,660. The program is based on Dr. Lee Yong-Tae's Character Education HPM(Habituation and Practice Model). Participants to the program until now consists of students, parents, teachers, soliders, elderies, etc.
